According to a 1993 news report provided by Newspaperarchive.com, Daniel Arroyo and Bernardo Fernandez were patrons at a Santa Ana, California bar on December 7, 1984. The two got into a fistfight which led to Daniel allegedly pulling out a gun and shooting Bernardo to death. Daniel then went on the run where he's a fugitive to this day.
Based on crime location, it is advised to contact the Santa Ana Police Department at 1-714-245-8665 if you have any information on Daniel Padilla Arroyo's whereabouts.

Thoughts? As with the other three Orange County fugitives I've posted about this week, Daniel Arroyo still has a listed murder warrant in the Orange County public warrants search, meaning as of today, October 26, 2018, he is still at large. Other fugitives in the 1993 report have been confirmed to no longer be wanted since they don't have listed warrants. That also means the Orange County database is pretty much up-to-date.
As far as Daniel's presumed whereabouts in 2018, I imagine Latin America (probably Mexico) is the most logical choice, although with no media attention in over two decades, there is the possibility he and the other profiled fugitives could have slipped back into the United States under an alias.
I also can say that I will not be able to profile the total 98 fugitives profiled in that 1993 news report, since some have been captured of course, but also because many of the listed fugitives didn't come with provided photos and some of the photos are of extremely poor quality on the archive website. I do plan to probably get around a couple more fugitives profiled, as long as they have listed warrants in the Orange County database.
