Hey everyone, usually one of our site's personal dirty dozen fugitives get captured, we usually replace them with a new fugitive. However, this is different since the most recent fugitive capture was a Public Enemy #1 (Miguel Loza-Ramirez. We will still replace his slot with a new fugitive, however that new fugitive since they're new is ineligible to be Public Enemy #1 (I would prefer we give him or her some time to be on the list first before being eligible). The following are the fugitives who were already on the list that are now the new candidates to replace Loza-Ramirez. Feel free to vote for anyone (I hope that wasn't too confusing lol).

All of these fugitives could easily warrant "Public Enemy #1" status in my opinion. I will however cast my vote for Esnel Jean, although I have a feeling the nominee will be Yaser Said (in that case, I would have no problem at all with him being the Public Enemy #1).
Some clarity on my vote, Esnel Jean and Yaser Said are both accused of very horrible crimes involving the murders of children among the victims. I notice a lot less people know about the Esnel Jean manhunt compared to the Yaser Said manhunt. Esnel Jean is most likely still alive as far as I can tell, and there have been some positive developments recently with captures in Haiti.

Actually I want to change my vote to Esnel Jean, as our public enemy #1 based on his crime, but the fact that only the only hurdle stands in the way is extradition and based on the posts, it seems he’s been safe since 1997 and it’s pretty much known he’s there. Yaser Said would be unique given his status on the Ten Most Wanted List, and the uncertainty of him still being in the United States, Egypt, or Canada. Also it would be appropriate to have him as our public enemy #1, nearly 11 years later. Note: I edited my post since I wanted to give more detailed opinions on both fugitives, and I wasn’t able to since I was very busy earlier.

I voted for Tomas Magallon Gonzalez. The same woman he'd raped for several years when she was younger, lured into an abusive relationship, and fathered two sons with, he killed her! I remember when Tony8719 made a video addressing one of the September '009 AMW broadcasts and how AMW only gave him an 8-second commercial break airing to, but instead the show let the cold case missing child search for Michaela Garecht overshadow the Magallon-Gonzalez manhunt. Not that finding Garecht wasn't important, but AMW didn't stand a chance at finding her, and the Magallon-Gonzalez case was one of the worst cases they ever so much as posted on the website.

Yaser Said is Public Enemy #1 after the weekend of votes. Ironically I voted for Zombie Mike Hawkins despite Said being my personal most wanted since I thought it would be a unique case for a forum public enemy but nevertheless Said was the only one to get more than one vote in a very evenly matched lineup of terrible alleged criminals.

Though he's already on the FBI's Ten Most Wanted, Yaser Abdel Said was the competitor I could concede the vote most graciously to, particularly because he's also a prolific and long-time sexual deviant, and I've put him as my own Public Enemy #1.
