Name: Christopher Lejeune

Location: Inkster, Michigan
27 year old Christopher Lejeune, aka “Chris,” was murdered on Tuesday March 13, 2017 in the city of Inkster. The incident took place at approximately 12:17 am in area of John Daly Road and Oakland Street.
Investigators say Christopher Lejeune and a few friends were riding in a vehicle when it broke down on Oakland Street due to a bad transmission. Christopher then pushed the vehicle onto John Daley with the help of another driver in a silver four-door vehicle.
Shortly after moving the car Christopher was approached by an unknown suspect and shot. When the police responded they found Christopher laying next to his vehicle.

Thoughts? This is an odd case in how random it seems. The Fox Detroit article his vehicle had a bad transmission so I doubt anyone intentionally tampered with his car. It does seem to be a matter of unfortunate timing and that if Christopher's car had not broken down, he'd still be alive today. The only theory I can possibly think of is some kind of botched robbery attempt but it's only a theory. Hopefully this case can be solved since it seems incredibly tragic.
