"On November 8, 2003, 15-year-old Ann Saephan was with a group of friends in the parking lot of the Space Station Video Arcade, located at 2710 Spenard Road. Unknown person fired shots, one of which struck Ann, killing her."

Thoughts? From that brief description, it sounds like Ann was likely not the intended target, which makes cases like hers more difficult to solve. However, a group of people at an Arcade, I feel like it is also likely somebody may know more but have failed to step forward. For Ann's memory's sake, I hope they do one day.
