-- Thoughts? As of today, October 24, 2018, Ricardo Escutia-Arroyo still has an active warrant in the Orange County Warrants Search, meaning he's still a fugitive. His case was discovered from a 1993 news report on 98 murder warrant fugitives out of Orange County, California from Newspaperarchive.org. I have confirmed that some of those fugitives are no longer wanted/being sought by authorities since they don't have warrants in the Orange County Warrants Search, but a large number of them like Ricardo, and Andrea Gonzales Banda, who was featured yesterday still do. ws.ocsd.org/ArrestWarrants/default.aspx (Way to keep track of the warrant status. Search "Ricardo" "Arroyo" to get to the listed warrant)
