Details of Disappearance
Ayesha and her sister Fatima disappeared from Evans, Georgia on July 18, 2009. They were abducted by their non-custodial mother, Mehvish Salim Baig. A felony warrant was issued for her on August 11, 2009.
A photo of Baig is posted with this case summary. Her date of birth is November 30, 1974, making her 34 years old at the time of her daughters' abductions. She's described as Asian, of Pakistani descent, 5'5 and 150 pounds, with black hair and black eyes. She speaks English and Urdu and has citizenship in Pakistan, the United Arab Emirates and the United States.
Baig and the children may be in Pakistan. Ayesha and Fatima's whereabouts are unknown and their cases remain unsolved.
