Miami authorities say that 54-year old Jose Oliva tried to be a friendly neighbour to Dikson Vargas-Perez. But according to the Persiguiendo Injusticias online case profile, Dikson allegedly beat Jose to death with a steel bar. Dikson then went on a run and is still at large today.
Based on crime location, it is advised to contact the Miami Police Department at (305-476-5423) if you have any information regarding Dikson Vargas-Perez's whereabouts.

Thoughts? Dikson Vargas-Perez is still at large as of today, October 12, 2018 since his name comes up in Florida's Statewide Warrants Search and there have been no murder cases gone to court as of yet in the Miami Public Court Record Database.
According to Persiguiendo Injusticias, Jose Oliva was of Cuban descent but I'm not certain of Dikson was as well.
