Distinguishing Characteristics: Caucasian female. Brown hair, brown eyes. Tilman wears eyeglasses. Her nicknames are Meg and Meggers. Her ears are pierced and her right foot has a toe deformity called hammer toe.

Thoughts? Admittedly not the most information but I still felt there were enough decent clues in Megan's physical and characteristic details that her case is a solvable one.
**********UPDATE**********
Sadly, skeletal remains found in Shady Side, Maryland were identified as Megan Tilman in April of 2018. Her death is now being investigated as a homicide.
According to articles, Annapolis Police ask anybody with information to call the homicide unit at 410-222-4731 or, if they wish to remain anonymous, call the tip line at 410-222-4700.
