Media Release #1986, Criminal Homicide, Victims: Lynne Stansfield and Dale Wolf, Unknown Suspect(s) – Penn Township, Perry County, PA
The Pennsylvania State Police, Troop H, Newport, continues their investigation of the criminal homicide of Lynne Marie Stansfield, a 46 year old white female and Dale Gene Wolf, a 43 year old white male.
Between Tuesday, December 6, 1993, 10:00 p.m. and Wednesday, December 7, 1993, 1:00 a.m., Lynne Stansfield and Dale Wolf were murdered at 419 Linton Hill Road, Penn Township (Duncannon postal delivery), Perry County, PA. The crime was discovered after firefighters responded to the scene of a house fire. Both Lynn and Dale were found deceased. Lynn and Dale had been shot; it is believed the fire was set by the unknown suspect(s) to destroy evidence.

Thoughts? Unfortunately I couldn't find that much additional information on this case but a double homicide deserves to be solved, especially since it will be 25 years since Lynne and Gene's deaths this December.
