According to Newslibrary archives, on January 30, 1983, Anthony Buddington went to a rival marijuana dealer's residence in Miami, Florida. Raymond Roper opened the door and was allegedly shot to death by Anthony. Anthony has been a fugitive ever since, but based on the photo through the archived THUGS website, it appears he was arrested under an alias in Houston, Texas back in 1986.
Some clues that may aid our readers in locating Anthony. In the early 80s, Anthony loved driving Cadillac and Lincoln vehicles. He also loved guns and ripping off other nearby dope dealers. He travels to New York and one of his drug house partners has since been murdered, while another was in prison in the 1980s on another murder case.
Based on crime location, it is advised to contact local authorities in Miami, Florida at (305) 471-1700 if you have any information on Anthony Buddington's whereabouts.

Thoughts? Anthony Buddington was one of the Florida Department of Law Enforcement THUGS fugitive cases from 2000-2007. As of today, October 5, 2018, Anthony appears to still be at large since he still has a listed warrant in the Florida Statewide Warrants Search, and the last court case entry for him on the Miami Court Dockets page was from 1982 (meaning this case has not gone to court yet).
As far as whereabouts, I have to wonder based on his history of ripping off rival dope dealers, if one of them may have killed Anthony as a result. There's no way to be sure of course but it seems weird that this guy has been wanted for 35 years.
An explanation for that may have been the numerous aliases that we've known Anthony to have used. Before 9/11 it was really easy to get fake identification and there may be other aliases we don't know about.
