After more than 12 1/2 years since he was named to Walsh's Top 10 Fugitives of '007, let alone the decade before that he'd been on the run, I don't think Patricio will be brought in alive. By the time of John Walsh's Top 10, he was allegedly diabetic and wheelchair-bound, he had the hair of someone going through chemo or radiation therapy, and I think he's now between 6 and 8 decades old and upwards of 185 lbs (79 kg). I think it's a matter of identifying the alias he was buried under, tracking down his grave site, and matching the deceased with the fugitive a la Edward Cook (who was similarly caught hiding in the grave as Capture #545).

For me, it's a matter of wondering if Sosa was caught and/or known to be deceased already and we just never found out the news, as the rest were caught without much national publicity.

Had HeadMarshal check the PACER records and there's still a UFAP warrant for Patricio. I do agree there is a high probability he may he dead by now.
