According to the Persiguiendo Injusticias website (Translated into English), Dayvis Roque was in the process of selling a car to Marino Fernandez. Marino's brother got involved when Dayvis insisted he got paid before the sale was completed. Authorities say as a result, the brother was beaten by Dayvis.
When Marino found out about this, he went to confront Dayvis. Dayvis was waiting for him and allegedly shot Marino to death. Dayvis fled in a friend's vehicle and has been on the run ever since.
Based on crime location, it is advised to contact Miami-Dade Crime Stoppers at 305-471-8477 if you have any information on Dayvis Roque's whereabouts.

Thoughts? First for those who aren't aware, Persiguiendo Injusticias was a Spanish language show on Telemundo profiling fugitives and unsolved crimes in the US Hispanic community. It aired from 2010-2011. Their website is still online however I had to look up the fugitive cases and case descriptions on my phone (for some annoying reason it wouldn't let me scroll through photos on my laptop).
The Florida Statewide Warrants Search still shows Dayvis Roque as an at large fugitive as of today, October 03, 2018. The Miami Court Records search does not have this case up yet which would mean it has not gone to trial. The case description mentioned Dayvis was of Cuban descent, possibly even a native of Cuba. Cuba would be a very difficult place to get an arrest but there has been some "good news" recently in terms of getting fugitives arrested who have fled there.
