Details of Disappearance
Ellington was last heard from on September 15, 2017. He lived on a dry-docked houseboat at Riverside Marina in Fort Pierce, Florida. That day he called his sister, and she thought he sounded drunk. He has never been heard from again. He left his laptop computer and $200 in cash on his residence, which is uncharacteristic of him.
Ellington didn't have a valid driver's license at the time of his disappearance, and rode a bike instead. His bicycle wasn't found on or anywhere near his home. Few details are available in his case.
