Medical Conditions: Gardner suffers from dementia, diabetes and high blood pressure. She needs medications which she doesn't have with her, and she may become aggressive if confronted.
Distinguishing Characteristics: African-American female. Black hair, brown eyes. Gardner was wearing a black wig at the time of her disappearance. Her ears are pierced.

Gardner was last seen at her residence at the John J. Barton Annex, a senior housing complex on north East Street in Indianapolis, Indiana, on September 14, 2017. She has never been heard from again. Few details are available in her case.
