Medical Conditions: Jones is mentally disabled.
Distinguishing Characteristics: African-American female. Brown hair, brown eyes.

Details of Disappearance
Jones was last seen in the vicinity of the 300 block of west Thomas Road in Phoenix, Arizona at 10:00 p.m. on September 8, 2017. She left St. Joseph's Hospital to catch a city bus home, and never arrived. She has never been heard from again. Few details are available in her case.

Thoughts? I realize that there's not a lot to work with here but I still wanted to post Tereina's case since she is said to be mentally disabled so I am concerned for her well-being.
