On April 13, 2018, Demond Butler allegedly raped a 16-year old girl in Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana. Tonya Matthew is charged with being an accessory after the fact. They are believed to have since fled Louisiana and news reports have potentially placed them hiding out in Washington State.
Based on investigating agencies, it is advised to contact the Louisiana Department of Justice at (225) 326-6100 if you have any information on the whereabouts of either Demond Butler and/or Tonya Matthew.

Thoughts? As of today, September 24, 2018, Demond and Tonya are both on the Louisiana Department of Justice Most Wanted page so they are both still at large.
The good thing being that we are looking for two fugitives is that all someone needs to do is recognize either Demond or Tonya and that should lead investigators to the second of the two.
