According to Newspapers.com, Heraclio was arrested in March of 1994 on charges of raping a child. He was convicted but failed to appear for sentencing and a warrant was issued for his arrest. Heraclio was last known to be unemployed and living in the Provo, Utah area.
Based on crime location, it is advised to contact the Utah County Sheriff's Department at 801-851-4000 if you have any information on Heraclio Jimenez's whereabouts.

Thoughts? Just learned about this case this evening while browsing newspapers.com, and I also confirmed through the Utah Public Warrants search that as of today, September 8, 2018, Heraclio is unfortunately still at large.
As far as his whereabouts, Latin America is always a possibility. I just feel getting his case and picture on the internet would be helpful if he did return to the US at some point.
