From the Gloucester County (New Jersey) government website- Prosecutor's Office- Unsolved Homicides section:
On February 5, 1990, the skeletal remains of a white female were found in what was a wooded area between the Pathmark Supermarket and The Club at Locust Grove housing development on Clement’s Bridge Road in Deptford Township. A forensic anthropologist determined the victim to be between the ages of 16 to 20 years, 5’5” to 5’8” tall, weighing 120 to 145 pounds, with brown hair. It is believed the victim was strangled with a ligature. A faux pearl necklace, a gold horseshoe shaped earring, sweatpants, socks, and pantyhose were found with the remains. It has been and may continue to be extremely difficult for investigators to solve this homicide without first identifying the victim.
Pictured above is a facial reconstructions of the victim that was developed in an attempt to identify her. The facial reconstruction and case information can also be viewed at the following web sites: The New Jersey State Police Unidentified Persons web site (www.njsp.org), the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children web site (www.missingkids.org), and the Doe Network web site (www.doenetwork.org).
