From the Tallahassee government website- Police Department- Cold Cases section:
Dorothy Thomas, a 27 year-old female, was an employee of Nu Way Cleaners at 633 W. Tennessee St. She was found murdered in the bathroom of the business.
Case Description: Between the hours of 9 and 10 a.m. on September 6, 1957 a deliveryman discovered the body of Mrs. Thomas in the bathroom of the business in which she worked. Mrs. Thomas was the lone employee at work and evidence suggests a customer had been in the business just prior to her death.
Mrs. Thomas was apparently dragged from the front area of the business to the bathroom where she was stabbed multiple times resulting in her death.
Evidence obtained on scene and during the subsequent investigation focused on a particular suspect. This individual remains the primary suspect and is currently living in another state.

Thoughts? I normally am scaling back at posting cases this old on our website but made an exception here since I felt it would be an interesting case for us to discuss, and even if Dorothy's killer is deceased by now (in all likelihood probably is), we owe it to her memory to find out what happened.
