Distinguishing Characteristics: Caucasian male. Brown hair, hazel eyes. One of Blevins's thumbs was injured and the thumbnail doesn't grow. He has the following tattoos: the name "Susie" on his right side, the name "Misty" on the left side of his upper shoulder, the word "Integrity" below the nipples on his chest, a swastika on the center of his chest, an eagle on the left side of his upper chest, a skull with a hat, horns and a cross on the right side of his upper chest, a graveyard across his shoulder blades, and the words "N.A.E. Details of Disappearance
Blevins was last seen in Booneville, Arkansas on August 24, 2017. He left in his mother's car and was last known to be in San Bernardino, California. The car was subsequently found by the side of the road in Quartzsite, Arizona. He has never been heard from again. Few details are available in his case.
