(Above photo credit: foxbaltimore.com) From foxbaltimore.com: BALTIMORE (WBFF)-- Howard County police are reminding the public of a reward of up to $10,000 for information in the fatal shooting of Meiko Anthony Locksley. The 25 year old was shot and killed a year ago this week in Columbia. After 10pm on September 3, 2017, a resident in the area of the 5500 block of Harpers Farm Road heard a gunshot and found Locksley suffering from a gunshot wound. He was rushed to the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center, where he was pronounced dead. Police say they suspect the the incident may have been drug-related, but are seeking more information.
