Wanted on Canada-wide warrant for first degree murder.
On May 24, 2017, a male in the presence of Frederick SILVA touched the victim's spouse in a sexual manner. The victim intervened and a fight broke out in the bar. The victim and his friends were thrown out of the bar. Outside in the parking lot, SILVA approached the victim from behind and shot him, killing him. On June 2, 2017, a Canada-wide arrest warrant was issued against the subject for first-degree murder.

Thoughts? Silva is my Canadian fugitive of the month for the month of September 2018. According to CTV, Silva is also wanted for an attempted murder from February 2017:
"Silva is also wanted for an attempted murder that took place in February.
According to police, Silva and ten others entered a restaurant in Terrebonne and opened fire, striking Salvatore Scoppa twice.
Silva then chased Scoppa on foot before giving up and leaving in a red Range Rover.
Police say Scoppa has ties to the Mafia and has been investigated for the disappearance of two men who were last seen in 2013."
