(Above photo credit: Fox San Antonio via San Antonio Police Department) From Fox San Antonio: SAN ANTONIO — Nearly two years after a man's murder, police are hoping someone will step forward to provide information to crack the unsolved case. Tony Alexis was killed in his apartment on September 15, 2016 during an apparent robbery. When police arrived at the location at the Oak Hills Apartments along Northwest Military Highway, they found Alexis shot in his bed. They also determined money was taken from the apartment. Alexis died from his injuries, but in the two years since that time, no arrests have been made. Investigators say they believe his killers were also responsible for robbing Alexis three months before his death, in June of 2016, when his car was stolen. If you have information that may solve the murder of Tony Alexis, call Crime Stoppers at 210-224-STOP. A reward of up to $5,000 is being offered for information that leads to an arrest.foxsanantonio.com/news/local/reward-offered-for-unsolved-murder-of-man-shot-while-lying-in-bedThoughts?
