Bruce Sawhill is an alleged child molester who was aired in AMW's later years. Sawhill's federal arrest warrant was issued in 2006, however, he has been on the run since 2002. His wife, Kenny Jo Sawhill is also believed to be possibly on the run with him, and she was also mentioned on AMW's "Couples on the Run" special on Lifetime. Although I think she is technically considered a missing person and not a fugitive. The following is a chunk of Sawhill's old full AMW profile I was able to find:
In June 2001, Ken and Janet Griffin made a horrifying discovery -- their family friend, Bruce Emerson Sawhill, had allegedly been molesting their 12-year-old daughter. She later committed suicide, and police say her death was due partly to the attacks she endured.
Sawhill, a convicted sex offender, is charged with sodomy and child molestation. He never showed up for his court dates and has since been charged with failure to appear and unlawful flight to avoid prosecution -- he's been on the lam since 2001.
The U.S. Marshals have joined the search since Sawhill's disappearance. On Sept. 1, 2010, the U.S.M.S. selected Sawhill as a Top Five Fugitive during Operation Guardian -- an initiative designed to get the country's worst sex offenders off the streets.
Sawhill's first conviction occurred in 1989, when he assaulted a 13-year-old girl. He was convicted of sodomy and served time in prison. In addition, Sawhill has also been convicted of theft, firearm offenses, assault, resisting arrest, possession of narcotics and parole violations.
Kenie Jo Sawhill disappeared in 2004 after an interview with the USMS. She may be on the run with her husband, Bruce.
Sawhill has most likely fled the state of Missouri. He may have taken refuge somewhere in the pacific northwest -- maybe Oregon or Washington. Police say Sawhill considers himself a world class marijuana grower, and believe he may be working on a marijuana farm somewhere. He's also a skilled construction worker, who specializes in drywall, taping and painting.

Thoughts? This is one of the worst alleged child molestation cases I've ever seen since Sawhill's victim killed herself likely as a result. It wouldn't surprise me if Sawhill was added to the FBI's top 10 list since he is a featured fugitive of theirs. Or even the Marshals Top 15 list since they're also looking for him.
I understand the Pacific Northwest is considered a possibility and Washington state recently legalized possession of marijuana, but I still think if he's cultivating marijuana it might make sense for him to do so in a warmer climate, and it wouldn't surprise me if him and Kenny Jo were in Florida or California as a result of that. I've never been to Washington or Oregon, but I assume they have cold winters and not ideal year-round weather for growing crops.
If he's financing his time on the run via construction work instead then just about anywhere in the country including the Pacific Northwest makes sense to me. Heck, Dennis Lilly and his wife went unnoticed in Washington state so I guess I can't overlook that. I can't picture him and his wife outside the U.S., and it baffles me that he hasn't been caught yet.
Update: In addition to his AMW airing, Sawhill will also be featured on the August 23rd, 2015 episode of "The Hunt with John Walsh."
