Clothing/Jewelry Description: A plaid button-down shirt, khaki shorts, flip-flops and possibly a cotton bracelet.
Distinguishing Characteristics: Caucasian male. Brown hair, green eyes. Roche has tattoos on his arms, chest, back and legs. Photos of some of his tattoos are posted with this case summary. He had a long beard at the time of his disappearance.

Details of Disappearance
Roche was last seen in the Siuslaw National Forest south of Portland, Oregon on August 14, 2017. He was living in his car, a green and black Nissan Xterra with the Wyoming license plate number 2598-18, and expected to travel between Oregon and northern California. He has never been heard from again. Few details are available in his case. Larimar County, Colorado police are investigating.

Thoughts? For anyone cconfused by the thread title, it's because of the fact (as stated above) that Nikolas was last seen in Oregon but it is authorities in Colorado who are investigating his disappearance.
