"Details:
The FBI is seeking information regarding the whereabouts of Mauricio Venzor Gonzalez. Gonzalez is wanted for his alleged involvement in the attempted murder of a police officer. On November 25, 2017, Gonzalez allegedly shot at a patrol officer following a traffic stop. On November 26, 2017, Gonzalez was charged with Attempted Homicide. On March 19, 2018 while in police custody and being transported to a hospital, Gonzalez escaped.
On August 2, 2018, a federal arrest warrant was issued for Gonzalez by the United States District Court for the District of Colorado, after Gonzalez was charged federally with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution."

Thoughts? The FBI just added Venzor-Gonzalez to their website with a $10,000 reward for his arrest and conviction so he is still at large as of this posting date (August 18th, 2018). Some additional details in regards to the shootout is that it happened in September 2017 right after Venzor-Gonzalez allegedly abducted his girlfriend and 1 1/2 year old son at gunpoint, sparking an Amber Alert.
