Age (at time of disappearance): 83 years old
Height and Weight: 4'10, 160 pounds
Clothing/Jewelry Description: A pink and white shirt and pink pants.
Medical Conditions: Fullerton has Alzheimer's Disease.
Distinguishing Characteristics: Caucasian female. Gray hair, blue eyes. Fullerton's nickname is Jean. She wears eyeglasses, but these were left behind.

Details of Disappearance
Fullerton was last seen by her daughter at her residence on Four Lakes Road at 6:30 p.m. on August 8, 2017. When her daughter came back the next afternoon, she was gone. She has never been heard from again. There were no indications of forced entry to the home, and Fullerton had wandered away before as a result of her Alzheimer's Disease.
An extensive search of the area turned up no indication of her whereabouts. Her case remains unsolved.
