According to Newspapers.com, on March 3, 1996, Manuel Rivera-Zuniga was at a bar at Oklahoma City. Also there was Angel Castaneda-Acosta who had gotten into a fight with several other bar patrons about wanting them to buy him a beer. Angel then went to sleep in one of the booths, which is where Manuel came up to him and allegedly shot him to death. Manuel was then believed to have fled to his native Mexico.
Based on crime location, it is advised to contact Oklahoma City Crime Stoppers at 405-235-7300 if you have any information on Manuel Rivera-Zuniga's whereabouts.

Thoughts? Newspapers.com recently uploaded archived pages from The Daily Oklahoman which is how I learned about this case. The Oklahoma County warrants search still shows him as at large, and Scumhunter checked the Oklahoma court dockets page which showed no movement since March 1996 so he's stlll a fugitive as of today. August 8, 2018.
Anyone with access to a clearer photo of Manuel can also submit that to us through either this thread or the website contact form. Since it was taken from snipping an image from newspapers.com on my computer, I admit it's not the best quality but it's better than nothing.
