Date of Birth: 01/26/1990
Date of Warrant: 8/28/2008

"Richard Ismael Arrospide, 18, is wanted on suspicion of murder stemming from a warrant that was filed when he was a minor in 2007. He turned 18 in January 2008 and is also wanted on charges of assault with a firearm and being a member of a criminal street gang. His records remain with the juvenile justice system and specifics were not available."

Thoughts? The above is admittedly an old article about what was then Sonoma County's most wanted fugitives, and also a lack of detail, but I decided to post Arrospide here after learning through Sonoma County's online public warrants search that according to that search he still has a warrant as of this posting date (8/18/2018): www.sonomasheriff.org/warrant-search/
As of this posting date, Arrospite would now be 27 years old soon to turn 28 years old. He probably does not have such a young-looking face anymore, but it's only been 10 years since his warrant, so hopefully he still looks somewhat similar.
