Jose Chavez Hernandez is wanted by the Dalton (Georgia) Police Department for murder in relation to the 2006 death of then 21-year old David Perez. He is also wanted on a forgery charge. Omar Olvera is wanted for questioning in relation to Perez's murder.
According to 2007 local online news articles, Perez was shot-to-death in a drive-by shooting that was described as possibly gang related. Perez was walking from one apartment complex to another when he suffered a gunshot wound to the abdomen.
Reports described Hernandez and Olvera as 18 years old, although the murder happened in 2006, so based on that it is possible they were only 17.

Thoughts? Hernandez and Olvera are currently listed on the Dalton Police Department's page as two of their most wanted fugitives as of this posting date (8/4/2018)- see link above. The page seems pretty well updated which made me comfortable to reasonably assume they were still at large as of the aforementioned posting date to make a thread. Of course, if anyone has updates/proof-of-updates one way or the other, they are always more than welcome to let us know.
