According to Newslibrary archives, on November 3, 2007, Nashville authorities say that Jorge Ramos allegedly shot Jose Lozano-Miranda to death. Jorge and Jose were captured on surveillance video outside a gas station inside a car when authorities say that an argument started between the two men. That was allegedly the motive behind Jose's murder.
Based on crime location, it is advised to contact the Nashville Police Department's Fugitive Unit at 615-862-7348 if you have any information on Jorge Ramos's whereabouts.

Thoughts? As of today, August 2, 2018, Jorge Ramos is still on the Nashville's Most Wanted page meaning he most likely is still at large. It should be noted that Nashville does have a court records page which I checked and only saw case entries from 2001 and 2004, meaning this case has yet to go to court. I will include the site link as a way to keep track if anything else develops/
