Keith Antonio BOYNES is a violent offender with a history of arrests for aggravated assault, sexual assault, possession of weapons, and burglary offenses. BOYNES was born in Newark, New Jersey, and has ties to Georgia, Michigan, and New Mexico.BOYNES is a convicted sex offender and last registered as a sex offender in New Mexico. Prior to becoming a fugitive in August 2017, BOYNES was homeless in El Paso, Texas.On August 29, 2017, the El Paso Police Department issued a warrant for BOYNES’ arrest for Murder.On November 2, 2017, the US Marshals Service issued a warrant for BOYNES' arrest for Unlawful Flight to Avoid Prosecution.BOYNES has a history of using aliases and may be currently living under a different name.
