From Bethesda Magazine:
U.S. Marshals are looking for a Silver Spring man who has been indicted on murder charges in an apparent MS-13-related killing in Frederick.
The Frederick News Post reported recently that marshals have put out a wanted bulletin for Oscar Armando Sorto-Romero for involvement in the Frederick murder case and an attempted murder in Wheaton.
Commander Rob Fernandez of the U.S. Marshals Service said Monday that Sorto-Romero, 19, is no longer at his last known address in the 14200 block of Hampshire West Court in Silver Spring, but noted he could still be in the area or the county. It’s likely that he’s “laying low somewhere in Maryland,” he said, though Sorto-Romero might also have fled to another state.
“We just want to keep the public apprised that he’s dangerous,” Fernandez said. “And not to be surprised if he shows up somewhere else.”
The U.S. Marshals Capital Area Regional Fugitive Task Force is seeking Sorto-Romero for both the Frederick County Sheriff’s office and Montgomery County police.
In September, Sorto-Romero was one of six people indicted in connection to the death of Victor Antonio Turcios-Valle, a 37-year-old from Silver Spring whose body was found in a shallow grave in Frederick County in June. Three other suspects in the death are from Montgomery County: Carlos Javier Hernandez Diaz, a 24-year-old from Silver Spring; Denis Aristides Rivas-Aldana, a 21-year-old from Boyds; and Jose Daniel Joya-Parada, a 16-year-old from Silver Spring.
In Montgomery County, Sorto-Romero was allegedly among a group of 15 suspected gang members who attacked, beat and threatened to kill two men in Wheaton Regional Park on June 14. The attackers told the men they were part of MS-13 and believed the two men were in a rival gang, according to court documents. Sorto-Romero is wanted for arrest on charges that include attempted second-degree murder, assault and kidnapping related to that case, according to court records.
[bU.S. Marshals describe Sorto-Romero as 5 feet 4 inches tall and 145 pounds. He has green eyes and brown hair. Fernandez said anyone who sees him should call 911 or call 1-877-926-8332 with information[/b]

Thoughts? Sorto-Romero has a lengthy alleged criminal history at such a young age already and that imo puts the general public at risk just as much as rival gang members.
As of this posting date (7/15/2018), Sorto-Romero still has a warrant in Maryland's online criminal court records search (seems to only mention the attempted murder case, but enough to reasonably assume he's still at large as of this posting date): casesearch.courts.state.md.us/casesearch/inquiryDetail.jis?caseId=2D00372388&loc=23&detailLoc=DSCR
