From upnorthlive.com:
GRAND TRAVERSE COUNTY, Mich., (WPBN/WGTU) – Five years after a hit-and-run crash that killed a Traverse City woman the FBI has offered a reward for tips leading to an arrest.
Kelly Boyce-Hurlbert was riding her bike home from work just before 2 a.m. on July 5, 2013 when she was hit and killed by an unknown vehicle in the 600 block of Washington Street in Traverse City.
For five years Traverse City Police and the FBI have worked to find whoever is responsible and bring closure to Kelly’s family.
In a press conference Thursday morning, Grand Traverse County Prosecutor announced the FBI is offering a $25,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction in Kelly’s death investigation.
"I hope it never happens to someone else but you know what if it was your family member your friend," said Nicole Nostrandt, Kelly's sister." She was my sister. She was a daughter. But she was a wife. She had wonderful close friends. She touched so many lives . What if this was your best friend, or your sister, or your daughter, or someone close to you?"
Law enforcement officers offered their condolences to the family and say they have spent countless hours working on this case.
They're also asking for the person or persons responsible to come forward.
"I believe that they're still here. I want them to come forward and confess," said Chief Jeffrey O'Brien of the Traverse City Police Department.
"We would like to think, the the public would like to think that their conscience would be weighing heavily on them and it's probably affected their life and we would like to get closure for the family on this," added Captain James Bussell of the Traverse City Police Department.
Anyone with information can call central dispatch at (231) 922-4550 or the TCPD Detective Bureau at (231) 995-5002.

Thoughts? As mentioned above the search for Kelly's killer is now an FBI case. Here is the FBI page: www.fbi.gov/wanted/seeking-info/kelly-boyce-hurlbert
Also, what sets this case apart from your "average" hit-and-run death case (not that they aren't all tragic), is according to one report, the car drug her, turned a corner, and Kelly screamed very loudly. So this imo should actually imo be called a Hit-Drag-and-Run case and there is absolutely no way the person who hit her couldn't have heard her screams based on that report: www.9and10news.com/2018/07/05/kelly-boyce-hurlbert-hit-and-run-case-remains-unsolved-half-decade-later/
