According to an arrest affidavit, Tre Henderson was the legal guardian of 5-year old Ja'Shawn Bussel when Tre allegedly inflicted a head wound on Ja'Shawn back on April 22nd. Ja'Shawn was vomiting afterwards over a 4-day period and was taken to a hospital after he started choking and became un-responsive. Tragically, Ja'Shawn has since died from his injuries on May 1st. Tre is now wanted for Child Abuse with serious injury.
UPDATE: According to an August 20, 2018 article, Jacquline Rambert is now wanted on the same charges.
UPDATE #2: Jacquline Rambert has since been arrested in Chicago.

Thoughts? As of today, July 1, 2018, Tre Henderson is still listed on the Scott County Sheriff's Website as having an active warrant so he is still at large currently.
Should be noted that I suspect once Tre Henderson is in custody, the charges of child abuse may be upgraded to murder or manslaughter (depending on how Iowa law works). I just hope the fact that this case involves the death of a child gets some media source to keep up the publicity on this manhunt. As we've mentioned several times before, this is why we hope In Pursuit with John Walsh will be able to cover breaking news manhunts unlike The Hunt.
