From wset.com (ABC Lynchburg/Danville/Roanoke):
ROANOKE Co., Va. (WSET) -- Roanoke County Police said they are searching for a fourth suspect in connection to a woman's death last month.
Police said a woman with a gunshot wound was brought to LewisGale Medical Center ER by a man who fled the scene around 11 p.m. Saturday, May 19.
Investigators said they were able to develop several suspects after the Medical Examiner positively identified the victim as Amber C. Ross, 35, of Franklin County on Monday, May 21.
After interviewing witnesses, police said their investigation determined that a robbery was set up at the home on Overland Drive where a fight broke out between a resident and a suspect who pulled out a gun.
Ross, who police said was at the home, was shot when the suspect fired the gun.
Police said three suspects fled the scene and a man, who lived in the home, took Ross to the ER before fleeing.
Additional search warrants and interviews were conducted that led officers to a home in the 700 block of McDowell Avenue, NW in Roanoke where two suspects were taken into custody on Tuesday, May 22 without incident.
Police identified those two suspects as Aaron Witcher, 27, of Roanoke and a 17-year-old male, also of Roanoke.
A third suspect was identified as Shamby Walker, who police said is still at large.
And on June 4, Roanoke County Police identified the fourth suspect as Andrew Arthur Jeffers.
He's charged with principle in the second degree robbery and principle in the second degree burglary with the intent to commit robbery.
Jeffers is described as being 6-foot-4, 285 pounds, with blue eyes and shaved blonde hair.
Walker is described as a white female with brown hair and blue eyes in her mid-30's, around 5-foot-10, and 280 pounds.
Walker is charged with principal in the second degree murder, principal in the second degree robbery, principal in the second degree burglary with the intent to commit robbery, conspiracy to commit robbery, and conspiracy to commit burglary.

Thoughts? The above article updates that Shamby Walker was eventually arrested but Jeffers, as far as I can tell, is still at large as of this posting date. (6/24/2018). Of course, if anyone has any updates/proof-of-updates one way or the other, they can always feel free to let us know.
As far as what I can find online, it's not clear what Jeffers alleged role was, but as stated numerous times on this forum, when a person dies as the result of a robbery, in the eyes of the law, it is considered a murder, even if the perpetrators did not plan to kill anyone. And even if someone was only a participant but not the person who directly caused the death of the victim, they are usually also on the hook for homicide since they chose to participate in a felony that resulted in death.
Whatever his role was, Jeffers needs to be accountable, turn himself in, and defend himself in a court of law. If not, the worse it will look him for him when he's finally caught.
