According to Newspapers.com, on February 6, 1983, several people went to a home in El Paso, Texas to drink. Authorities say Victor got into an argument with Jose Terrazas and another man. That's when Victor allegedly stabbed Jose and the other man, killing Jose. Victor has been on the run ever since, with a warrant entry confirmed the El Paso Texas Court Records as of today, June 22, 2018.
Based on crime location, it is advised to contact the El Paso Police Department at 915-832-4400 if you have any information on Victor Torres Grajiola's whereabouts.

Thoughts? I learned about Victor Grajiola's case through the same Newspapers.com article that referenced Jose Luis Huitron's case. Nevertheless, Victor's case still shows the "W" on his entry meaning as of this posting date (6/22/2018) he is a fugitive after 35 years on the run, with no movement in his case file since the murder indictment was issued in 1983.
