This episode aired sometime in the 2000s. Like 04 or 05 around that time.
It was about a man and a woman, now I can’t remember a whole lot but the man and the woman, were in some kind of club, and the man got the woman a drink, a few hours later the woman complained of sickness. He spiked the drink but that’s all I can remember about the episode.

I recall episodes where a woman's drink was spiked but unfortunately I'm drawing a blank on early 2000's. The one I remember vividly was the unknown Lizz Plott attacker, but that was on 2012 during Lifetime's season.

Sounds like it might have been Timothy Marino (first aired in July 2004). Do you remember if the guy had an accomplice and if they videotaped themselves raping the woman?

Well if that’s it then thank you. I was also going to suggest another case I remember. But I found it, it was a 2004 episode about a guy robbing McDonald’s restaurants. I found that one though

Yep, that's Jeff Manchester. He had a memorable capture report when he told the judge at his extradition hearing that the jail he was in was "crap-tacular."
