It is alleged that Cifuentes was in the parking lot of a club located in Doral, Florida. He was observed carrying a bat. After being asked to leave the premises, Cifuentes allegedly returned to his vehicle, retrieved a handgun, and shot two individuals. On April 9, 2018, a state arrest warrant was issued by the 11th Judicial Circuit of Florida.charging Cifuentes with two counts of attempted murder in the 1st degree, and one count of discharging firearm in public was issued On June 12, 2015, a federal arrest warrant was issued by the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida after Cifuentes was charged with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution. www.fbi.gov/wanted/additional/jonathan-david-fuentesThoughts? Good FBI website addition! The fact that his first and middle name is Jonathan and David respectively makes me feel he was not born in Latin America, which we only care about to determine possible whereabouts.

I don't want to assume anything, but it's possible he was born in the states (you and me have seen all the ignorant Facebook comments when a fugitive case is posted where people complain about illegals if it's a Hispanic fugitive even when they're actually born here). Anyway, fleeing the country is always a possibility for any fugitive, but if he's not a native it will probably be easier for him to be sent back here.
