Photo Credits: FOX 17 News MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WZTV) — A Tennessee mom is wanted after police said her 17-month-old baby ate a lethal amount of crack cocaine. Kadasha Bedford, 34, is wanted for second degree murder by West Memphis police, FOX 13 News reported. Police said back on May 2, Bedford's baby ate a lethal amount of crack cocaine at the Crown Inn in Memphis. Bedford is also wanted on three counts of endangering the welfare of a minor. The parents apparently took the baby to Le Bonheur Children's Hospital on May 2, and the mother hasn't been seen since. FOX 13 News in Memphis reported the child's father is also wanted on the same charges. Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Bedford is asked to contact Crittenden County Crime Stoppers at 870-732-4444 or the West Memphis Police Department at 870-735-1210.Moderator Note: If you have any news-related updates on this case or vital statistics (height, weight, etc), please contact us here: amwfans.com/thread/1662/website-contact-form --Thoughts? I literally decided to post this case a hour after I first read about it just because of how angry I am at Kadasha's alleged actions. When you have a child, you have the moral responsibility to protect that child, and not have crack around where a curious toddler could eat it! I have a feeling that if the allegations are true, that Kadasha never cared for her 17-month old in the first place. fox17.com/news/local/tennessee-baby-dies-after-eating-lethal-amount-of-crack-mother-wanted-for-murder

Also even though the father is said to be wanted on the same charges, I haven't seen his name or picture referenced in any articles. If that information gets released then please let us know as well.

Yeah it's a pretty sad case and if the parents have any sort of conscience they'll turn themselves in and defend themselves in court rather than there continuing to be a need for them to be tracked down and apprehended.
