In June of 2016, James Anouksone Swartzer was charged with four counts of sexual assault. The probable cause affidavit alleges that James stuck his hands down the pants of a 13-year old girl, forced her to touch his crotch and grabbed her breasts. The US Marshals started a manhunt for him because he fled and is also wanted for conditional release violation. He has a criminal background in Montana for burglary and counterfeiting documents.
Based on alleged crime location, it is advised to contact the US Marshals Montana Violent Offender Task Force at 406-247-7030 if you have any information on James Swartzer's whereabouts.

Thoughts? Montana doesn't tend to have very many fugitive cases due to the state's low population, but the state publicizes those cases somewhat better than a lot of larger states it seems. I've seen nothing on potential whereabouts, whether James may still be in the US or may have even possibly fled to Thailand.
