--Thoughts? Leopoldo is confirmed to still be at large as of today, May 30, 2018 since his case entry in the Pennsylvania court dockets shows as "active bench warrant". From what I can tell through Newspapers.com, Pennsylvania Crime Stoppers did a weekly media publication on wanted fugitives throughout the late 80s and early 90s. Most of those fugitives have since been caught, but Leopoldo is an exception to that. It is a long shot I admit that he'll be located, but since the case is confirmed to be unresolved and it is a homicide investigation, I felt he should be featured somewhere on the internet as of 2018. ujsportal.pacourts.us/DocketSheets/CP.aspx (Our tool to track the wanted status in this case, check under court summary)
