Photo Credits: Star Telegram.com DOB: 04/14/97 Height: 5'8 Weight: 130 lbs Hair: Black Eyes: Brown -- On June 17, 2015, Diego Pena-Arias along with three accomplices allegedly robbed a grocery store in Fort Worth, Texas. One of the employees fired back with his own weapon, killing one of the robbery accomplices, 18-year old Christian Carvajal. The remaining accomplices were later arrested and charged with engaging in organized criminal activity/murder since their alleged actions led to Christian's death. The last suspect in this case, Diego Pena-Arias has not been located and is still on the run. Based on crime location, it is advised to contact Tarrant County Crime Stoppers at 817-469-TIPS if you have any information on Diego Pena-Arias's whereabouts.

-- Thoughts? As of May 23, 2018, Diego is still at large since he was featured in the most recent weekly edition of Tarrant County's Most Wanted. Yes we've seen a few cases like this where even though it was the co-conspirator who got killed, the accomplice is still legally responsible for their death since they died during their fellow planned violent crime. How much sympathy the victim does or doesn't deserve for their death has nothing to do with the eyes of the law.
