Caron, Helen
Case date: 2001
Town: Lewiston
Helen Caron died in an apartment fire on Ash Street in Lewiston on October 2, 2001. The origin of that fire is beleived to be arson. It does not appear that Helen Caron was targeted. The fire overtook the building and Helen was unable to escape. Suspects have been interviewed.

Thoughts? Unfortunately I could find a ton of additional information but Helen deserved better than to die this way so I posted her case. Whoever committed the arson perhaps or even probably didn't intend for anyone to die, but when someone dies as a result of your criminal act, you are responsible for their death.
