On the morning of January 19, 2018, Arthur Lobley failed to report to the Davenport Work Release Center in Davenport, Iowa. He had been previously convicted of two counts of robbery in Scott County. A warrant has since been issued for Arthur's arrest but he remains at large.

Thoughts? As of May 18, 2018, it looks like Arthur Lobley is still at large since he's still being featured on both the Crime Stoppers of Quad Cities and the Scott County, Iowa Sheriff's webpages. Robbery as we have said several times on this forum is a very serious charge to be convicted of, and is often a precursor to more criminal acts over the course of one's lifetime.
Also this is a rare Iowa fugitive case as we don't have very many on this site. Iowa is one of the lesser populated states but I still feel there may be more cases we don't know about out of say the Des Moines metro area for instance.
