On April 15, 2017, Scarborough, Ontario authorities say that 24-year old Samatar Farah was shot to death while peacefully sitting outside. The presumed motive was an ongoing dispute between occupants of two housing complexes that Samatar was not involved in. Several alleged suspects were identified and Alexander Fountain is the only accused killer still at large in connection with this case.
Based on crime location, it is advised to contact Toronto Crime Stoppers at 416-222-TIPS if you have any information on Alexander Fountain's whereabouts.

Thoughts? There is some brand new publicity regarding this manhunt thanks to a partnership between the Toronto Police Service and the Stephan Cretier Foundation. It's being called the BOLO Program (also known as Be On The Lookout). This program is currently a test project as a publicity tool used to exclusively get tips on wanted fugitives, and currently two Toronto fugitives are on their website which I have referenced at the bottom of this post. The plan is to get more fugitives across Canada posted in the next couple of months.
This is really exciting as this sounds like a potential Canadian version of what AMW.com used to be. I want to make sure Gardaworld Security gets credit for this as well, since the CEO is the founder of the Stephan Cretier Foundation. This would be even better if the Canadian version is successful for a USA version to follow suit.
