Detroit police have arrested four people and are seeking two more suspects in connection with the death of woman found in the trunk of a burning car in January.
According to a news release, police were called to the 100 block of Forman on the city's southwest side at 4:54 a.m. on Jan. 29 for a reported car fire. A 28-year-old woman was found dead in the truck of a 1997 Toyota Tercel.
Homicide investigators said the victim was likely kidnapped in the area of Hubbard and Toledo and driven to the location where the vehicle was set on fire.
Four suspects have been arrested and charged with homicide felony murder; torture; assault with intent to murder and unlawful imprisonment. They are: Alyssa Dickson, 21; Felicia Bowles, 38; Dangelo Fuller, 20; and Damiso Marble, 30.
Detroit police also are searching for two additional women in connection with the homicide. They are Shavelle Monique Runels, 31, and Symone Monique Runels, 22.
Crime Stoppers believes the sisters are in Indianapolis, where they have relatives. A cash reward of up to $2,000 is being offered for information leading to their arrest.

Thoughts? Adding this as breaking news case because of the brutality of the murder that Symone and Runels allegedly participated in. (The article doesn't state how, but torture is included in the charges which scares me). The Runels sisters are believed to be in the Indianapolis area currently, but wherever they are, if you know their whereabouts, you need to do the right thing and make that call. The Crime Stoppers number mentioned in the article is where you can remain anonymous.

Symone Runels (pictured top left) is now in custody. As of May 3rd, 2018 Shavelle Runels(pictured top right) was still at large.
