On October 6, 2014, Baltimore authorities forced their way into the apartment of 40-year old Claudia Parodi after Claudia had not been seen for several days. Inside they found Claudia's body, she had been stabbed to death and was found in a pool of blood. The man Claudia had been living with, Jose Morales fled after Claudia's murder. An arrest warrant was issued as the alleged killer.
His last known location was in Moore, Texas which is near San Antonio as well as being two hours from the Mexican border. His ultimate destination was believed to be Mexico where he's most likely from.
Based on crime location, it is advised to contact Metro Baltimore Crime Stoppers at 1-866-7LOCKUP if you have any information on Jose Morales's whereabouts.

Thoughts? It should be noted that as of this posting date (4/22/2018), the Maryland Court Records page still shows this active warrant under the name "Juan Morales", the same name that was referenced in the 2014 article. The Baltimore Police website mentions the name as "Jose Morales" so he could be using either of those two names as an alias today.
Also good for the Baltimore Police Department to have come up with a Public 10 Most Wanted List. Since it's a major US city it can only cover a few of the wanted fugitives out of their city, but it's a good start.
