Anyone with information concerning this case, please contact: Indiana State Police District Investigative Commander 8620 E. 21st Street Indianapolis, IN 46219 1-317-899-8577 or 1-800-582-8440 www.in.gov/isp/2905.htmOctoner 2016 Fox Indianapolis story: fox59.com/2016/10/24/indy-unsolved-mothers-body-found-burnt-beneath-i-70-overpass-in-1996/Thoughts? According to the Fox 59 Indianapolis airing, Johanna fell victim to a crack-cocaine addiction which was very prevalent in the Indianapolis metropolitan area in the 1990s. So it seems like it may be a possible clue to her murder, and it of course in no way excuses her murder.
