Richard Crosswell-Dominguez has been a fugitive for over 20 years. I'm not sure if he was ever profiled on AMW.
In 1992, Richard was a roommate with 60-year old Gail Hedglen, although authorities never found out as to how they became roommates. Authorities say Richard shot and killed Gail at their residence in Pima County, Arizona, the motive was likely robbery. On May 12, 1992, a passerby in a motorized golf court found Gail's body in a wash off Interstate 19 in what is now Sahuarita. Richard was traced back in the 1990s to the bordertown of Nogales, Sonora, Mexico where he was working in tourist shops, however he was never captured. He was a native of Mexico. As of 2006, the case didn't have many recent leads.
Thoughts? I imagine he's still in Mexico, although he probably fled from the immediate border region.
